The M Bond work benches for sale near me are built tough! Firstly, all M Bond’s work benches are made from mild steel, and boast high carbon contents, which vary between 0.16% and 0.29% depending on the component.
This fact makes the steel our factory utilises, very hard and durable, for even the toughest workshops, garages, factories and other locations.
Secondly, the vertical legs are formed using thick-walled square tubing, allowing extraordinary load capacities on all M Bond metal work benches, even our compact mini bench. The ridged leg frames are welded (not bolted) to worktops.
As a result, no corner gussets are required, due to the high individual structural strength of each component of our steel work bench.
Thirdly, the high high melting point of about 1520°C means our versatile metal tables are suitable for jewellery manufacturing environments and other industries where heat is a factor.
Fourthly, M Bond’s range of steel work benches are epoxy sprayed in a neutral grey, RAL colour, however, any custom colours are available on request.
And, lastly, M Bond ‘s products are topped with an optional heavy duty rubber liner to protect any sensitive parts which may be placed on the table.
Optional engineers vices with 150mm jaw sizes, can be added extra.
